5. PAYMENT, BOOKINGS & REFUNDS

All bookings are subject to availability and require a signed agreement and non-refundable retainer to secure your date. Final payment is due prior to the event or delivery of images as outlined in your contract.

We do not offer refunds once services are rendered or if cancellation occurs outside of the terms of your contract.

6. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

Provide accurate, current information when booking or contacting us;
Use the Site and Services only for their intended purposes;
Comply with all applicable laws and these Terms;
Be responsible for your own conduct and communications.

7. DISCLAIMERS & NO GUARANTEES

All Services are provided “as-is” and “as-available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted access, availability, or final results of Services, including but not limited to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances that may impact event coverage.
